Projects & Infrastructure

From open field to working infrastructure.

Digesters, gas holders, processing structures and solar arrays: every project is planned, built and commissioned around its site, its feedstock and the people who will operate it.

Our project work

Engineered around the site, the feedstock and the end use.

No two renewable energy projects are the same. Feedstock varies from season to season, sites differ in access and soil, and every client has a different demand for fuel, heat or power.

That is why each project starts with careful assessment and ends with a system the client’s team can operate with confidence, backed by maintenance and support from our team.

Typical project types

  • Compressed bio gas plants
  • Biogas and waste-to-energy systems
  • Rooftop and ground-mounted solar
  • Solar pumping systems

Project lifecycle

How a project moves from idea to operation.

Clear stages, clear deliverables and one accountable team from start to finish.

  1. 01

    Discovery

Objectives, site visit, energy demand and available resources are reviewed together with your team.

  2. 02

    Feasibility

Technical options, feedstock or solar resource and the outline business case are assessed before any major commitment.

  3. 03

    Detailed engineering

Process design, layouts, equipment specifications, safety systems and a construction plan are prepared.

  4. 04

    Procurement

Equipment and materials are sourced to specification, with quality checks before dispatch to site.

  5. 05

    Construction & installation

Civil, mechanical and electrical works are executed and supervised against the plan, with regular progress reporting.

  6. 06

    Commissioning

Systems are tested, started up and stabilised, and performance is checked against the design.

  7. 07

    Handover & maintenance

Operators are trained, documentation is handed over, and maintenance support continues through the system’s life.

Delivery standards

What every project includes.

Whatever the size or technology, these elements are part of how we deliver.

01

Planning

  • Defined scope and responsibilities
  • Project schedule and milestones
  • Risk and safety assessment
02

On site

  • Qualified supervision
  • Quality checks at each stage
  • Safe work practices and housekeeping
03

Handover

  • Operating and maintenance manuals
  • Hands-on operator training
  • As-built documentation
04

After handover

  • Preventive maintenance plans
  • Responsive breakdown support
  • Periodic performance reviews

Who we build for

Projects for every kind of renewable energy user.

Our infrastructure is designed for organisations that produce organic residue, need dependable energy, or both.

  • 01

    Industry & manufacturing

Captive biogas and rooftop solar that reduce dependence on fossil fuels for process heat and power.

  • 02

    Agro-processing

Sugar mills, dairies, distilleries and food processors turning their organic residue into energy.

  • 03

    Agriculture

Crop-residue collection models, solar irrigation and organic manure for farming communities.

  • 04

    Institutions & cities

Organic waste from markets, campuses and municipalities processed into clean fuel close to its source.

  • 05

    Fuel & mobility

Compressed bio gas supplied for vehicles and fleets as a renewable alternative to fossil fuels.

  • 06

    Commercial buildings

Solar systems for warehouses, offices and commercial premises with large, unshaded roofs.

Questions

Project FAQ.

How long does a project take?

Timelines depend on the technology, size, site conditions and approvals involved. We share a realistic schedule after the feasibility stage, once the scope is clear.

How much land is needed for a bio gas plant?

Land requirements depend on the plant configuration, feedstock storage and vehicle movement on site. We assess this during the site study and can suggest layouts for the land you have.

Do you help secure feedstock?

We help assess the available feedstock and plan a practical supply chain, including collection, storage and seasonal variation, as part of feasibility.

Will you train our team to run the plant?

Yes. Operator training and handover documentation are part of every project, and maintenance support continues after commissioning.
